Bannercaller provides a JavaScript code boilerplate to help entrepreneurs launch startups faster. All features, content, and services made available through the Site are subject to these Terms.
User Accounts & Data Collection
You must provide your name, email address, and payment information to purchase code packages.
We also collect non-personal usage data via cookies.

Purchases & Code Ownership
Upon purchase, you may download and use the code to build your own applications.
You own the right to use and modify the code but may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense it.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting James@bannercaller.com. After seven days, all sales are final.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Copy, sell, or distribute the code outside your own projects.
Use the Site or code for any unlawful or unethical purpose.
Intellectual Property
All Site content, branding, and boilerplate code (except as granted above) remain the exclusive property of Bannercaller and its licensors.
